A large part of the firm's litigation experience has centered on complex commercial fraud matters involving preliminary injunctive relief in the United States and internationally as well as the procurement of prejudgment writs of attachment and garnishment in aid of creditor's rights. In many cases, our lawyers have represented foreign financial institutions victimized by fraud in an effort to recover misappropriated assets. Most, if not all, of these cases have involved bringing actions in the United States together with parallel legal proceedings in foreign jurisdictions.
